If you contact us by email or phone, we process the information you provide (for example name, company, contact details and your request) in order to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a collaboration. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR insofar as your enquiry relates to a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
7. Disclosure and storage period
Data is not sold. It is only disclosed where service providers for hosting, IT, communication, legal or tax advice are used, where this is necessary for a collaboration or where there is a legal obligation. Where necessary, service providers are contractually bound to confidentiality and data-protection-compliant processing. We only store data for as long as the respective purpose requires or statutory retention obligations provide.
