Terms of Service
Last updated: June 21, 2026. The German version is legally binding.
These Terms of Service apply to the use of the FAERBER Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH website and to the initiation of consulting services, unless separate written agreements are made in individual cases.
The website is aimed at companies, shareholders, management teams and decision-makers who want to learn about FAERBER services in transformation, turnaround, restructuring, M&A, post-merger integration and international production.
Website use
The content of this website is for general information only. It does not constitute a binding offer, legal, tax or financial advice, or a guarantee of specific economic results.
You may use the website only lawfully and may not take actions that impair security, availability, integrity or third-party rights.
Service description
FAERBER Verwaltungsgesellschaft offers, among other things, interim management, CEO-level transformation support, turnaround and restructuring programmes, M&A preparation, due diligence support, post-merger integration, profitability and cost structure work, and consulting on international production and organisational structures.
Specific services, objectives, responsibilities, schedule, remuneration and cooperation duties are agreed individually.
Inquiries and contract formation
Contact via the website or LinkedIn does not yet establish a consulting relationship. A contract is formed only when scope, terms and commissioning have been expressly agreed.
FAERBER Verwaltungsgesellschaft may reject an inquiry if professional fit, capacity, conflicts of interest or confidentiality requirements make this necessary.
Client cooperation
Consulting services require the client to provide necessary information, contacts, data, access, decisions and approvals in a timely and complete manner. Delays or incomplete information may affect deadlines, results and effort.
Confidentiality
FAERBER Verwaltungsgesellschaft treats company information received with care and confidentiality. Before particularly sensitive information is exchanged, an appropriate confidentiality framework should be agreed.
The client ensures that it is authorised to disclose the information provided.
Fees and expenses
Fees, payment terms, travel costs, ancillary costs and external specialists are governed by the respective proposal or contract. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt without deduction.
External specialists and network
FAERBER Verwaltungsgesellschaft may work with specialised partners or experts when needed, for example for operational execution, financing, production, law, taxes, technology or international locations. Their involvement is coordinated with the client.
Work results and use
Work results may be used by the client for the agreed purpose. Disclosure, publication or use outside the agreed purpose requires separate consent unless otherwise provided by law or contract.
Liability
FAERBER Verwaltungsgesellschaft works carefully and with a practical orientation. Entrepreneurial decisions, however, remain the responsibility of the client. Liability for specific economic results, market reactions, financing decisions or third-party decisions is not assumed to the extent permitted by law.
Mandatory statutory liability, especially for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health, remains unaffected.
Privacy
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and applicable law
FAERBER Verwaltungsgesellschaft may amend these Terms of Service if the website, services or legal requirements change. German law applies to contracts with FAERBER to the extent permitted. Place of jurisdiction and further contractual provisions are determined in the respective consulting contract.
